The technician came out and explained to us that water had gotten down into the keypad and it needed to be replaced. The keypad technician had it up and running within 15 minutes. Alexander was on time and very professional!
The technician, Brandon, arrived within a couple of hours of my call. He took into consideration what I asked for, he was not pushy and seemed very honest with what was needed now vs. could wait. He took my response seriously and did not push an upsell. The work was done quickly and I plan on calling back for the upgrades in the near future. He was friendly and even replaced the pull string for free.
We lost our garage remote and Precision sent a courteous technician out immediately and brought a new remote, coded it and now all is fine. He also did periodic maintenance routine.
