I replaced my 3 car garage doors 2 years ago with this company. Though service was fast and quick to take payment. I have been having issues with my single car garage door (manual/ pull open). One of the cables keeps coming undone and we don't open this door very often, because there is no need to. But I cant imagine if it was constantly used. It is very annoying to fix ourselves, the first time it happened I contacted them to see about coming out and fixing the problem seeing as to how their tech didn't install it correctly. They said I was going to be charged a large fee just for the tech to come out and fix it. This same exact door is already hard to lock and unlock. I don't know what he did or again didn't do, but that same day he installed it he said "you just have to push the door down hard and it will lock". I am 5 feet and not super strong, it is very difficult to push this door down and I've hurt my hands doing it. I didn't make it a big deal to fix at the time because he was already done, had been out there all day putting up garage doors without any help. Now I wish I wasn't so nice about it, after all I did pay money for this service.I've never had an issue with my doors until they got replaced. Luckily my neighbor is handy and showed us how to fix it. But this shouldn't be a constant issue, like today. Again, very annoyed the cable came undone.Very dissatisfied customer and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know.
We needed a spring replacement, called Bella Doors, Nikki was able to work out the schedule and accommodate same day service for me. Bella Doors helped me within the an hour of calling them because my garage door opened but would not close. I needed a cable rewind and the torsion tube to be properly leveled. I have used their services 3 times now and I am always satisfied by their professional service.
Spring broke and garage door damaged when my son hit it with his car. Called Bella Doors and other competitors. Due to the reviews i read I gave Bella Doors a try. Nikki came in and gave me a variety of choices which is great. I got what I wanted. Manny from Bella Doors installed and he noticed a very small factory defect on one of the windows which I didn’t even notice until he pointed it out. He promised to come back and fix/replace it. Well, he did. This says a lot about the integrity of this company. Highly recommend Bella Doors. Also, reasonable price. Thank you Bella Doors!
