What a fantastic experience from start to finish!! Called to get an estimate and was able to get it over the phone and it was almost half the price as one of those large hardware stores. The work was done in a timely and professional way. I couldn’t be happier with my installers Brendyn and Marc! They answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me. I love my beautiful garage doors and would highly recommend to anyone!!

Chris and Jake are very professional in their approach. When I needed to replace my two garage door openers, they were very quick in giving me a date. Also, everything can be transacted on the phone. No visit to their shop is needed. After a month, one of the garage door openers stopped working and some parts needed to be replaced. Again, they were very quick in sending a technician. The technician was also very professional and did the repair to my great satisfaction. My garage door opener was under warranty which they respected. I had a power outage and was able to close the garage door opener manually. I was not able to restore the operation after power came back. Again, they sent a technician within 2 days who showed me how to rectify such situations should they happen again. I highly recommend Chris and Jake at Textro Door company.

Trustworthy company that installs a great product at a good price. Quick to respond and very helpful. You can tell they care about the customers they serve! As an addendum… My reverse sensors had quit working about a month after installation. Called Textro Door Company… Chris, Who Did Garage Door how to fix it. I was able to fix it on my own without a service appointment. Very grateful for his help Assistance and kind customer service.
