The torsion spring on my garage door broke on Friday night. A friend recommended I called Precision Garage Door Service. I called Saturday morning, they answered and set an appointment for that evening. Nick came out assessed the situation recommended a solution and presented me with a proposal. I agreed and he completed his work quickly and professionally. He also performed a safety inspection. Will use Precision Garage Door again.
Came very promptly within a couple of hours of when I called. After a detailed evaluation of my two garages, the technician thoroughly explained the issues and presented the pricing for each remedy. The technician was very professional. I felt as though the pricing was high, but I have nothing to compare it against.
From the beginning with the initial quote from Andrew Straub to placement of the order with Jenn Eustace to the installation of the door by technicians Mike and Andrew, Precision Garage Door Service provided the utmost courtesy and professionalism of any company I've dealt with in quite some time. In this day and time it seems most companies don't value customer service as a priority which is not the case with PGD. I applaud the leadership at your company and wish you continued success in the future. The only reason I have not provided a 5 star review is that the trim around the door wasn't the correct color (still looks good however) but technician Andrew has assured me that the matter will be corrected on Monday February 2. Thanks again to everyone at PGD and keep up the great work.
I have nothing but excellent things to say about Precision Garage Door Service. The cables on our garage door snapped one night, and I was able to easily schedule an appointment online for the next day. Richie is the service technician who came to fix our garage door, and he was on-time, so pleasant and did such an excellent job in repairing our garage door. After replacing the cables, pulleys and springs, our garage door is like new and so quiet! I also feel like the fee we paid for our service was very reasonable. Overall, I'm really satisfied with their service and will use them any time we need our garage door serviced.
This was a great experience with the Charleston SC branch from beginning to end. Andrew, in sales was prepared with a professional presentation and the communication with the office was excellent. The installers were great with the job being done on time. Mike and Bram paid great attention to detail and were very easy to talk to. I couldn’t be happier with the Charleston team.
