Great work and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend! The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because I wish they would’ve communicated with me the cost upfront as opposed to it being a surprise.

Reviews
What customers say
Several customers praise the installation or repair work. One customer was pleased with black doors and obscure glass panels, while another said a repaired door ran perfectly. Communication drew criticism: one customer wanted the cost disclosed upfront, and another reported that the company arrived without confirming the visit, then would not reschedule, leaving a broken door unusable.

Good work... terrible communication!
We have used them in the past, and they have been good.
However, this last time, we never received a confirmation email/text/phone call about when they were coming out. So, when they showed up, we, of course, were not ready for them. Which somehow became our fault. Now they say they won't reschedule and come back out. Meanwhile, we have a broken garage door, that we can't use. So much for servicing your installs.
So... if you can get them to communicate with you or have time to stay home all the time waiting for them to possibly show up....and actually get the work done.. it should be good.
However, good luck on getting a confirmation message that they'll be there.

We ordered a modern garage door from Mount Baker Garage Doors for our new home we are building and couldn't be happier. They were easy to work with and the installation process was top notch. They came out and did an amazing job wit the installation! I would recommend them to anybody looking for a garage door at competitive prices.
