I would give 10/10 if I could. They installed a garage door for me at my house. By far the best priced in the area. The work done was solid. If you're here looking at reviews know this: there's only 3-4 actual real businesses that install garage doors in Skagit and Whatcom and Southern Hospitality is real and ran by a husband and wife team. They do good work and while I only have one garage door I would hire them again anytime.

Great family company. Our garage door came off the tracks on a rainy night. Jeff and his wife came out and fixed it right away. Fair price and amazing customer service. Keep your money in Skagit Valley and support local business’ like southern hospitality. They will be our first choice if we have any other garage needs.

Jef and his wife are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They came to fix our broken spring on our double garage door. They were honest and didn’t try to rip me off. (Like another business that shall remain nameless). But most of all, Jef went up and above his quote in fixing a few other things that were wrong and didn’t charge extra. He runs his business with a strong work ethic. They’re good people. Hire them! You won’t regret it.
