Our Specialist, Mr. Jeff Fulton, was extremely helpful and patient. First he helped my husband see the several issues we were dealing with. This is the original door and motor from 2006. We knew it was time to inquire about repairing or replacing the door. Then Jeff came in and patiently answered my questions which many were duplicated from my husband. He took time to be crystal clear about all our options. We are going with a new garage door and motor because we completely understand the logic.
I left for work and then an hour later my wife left for work. When she attempted to close the garage door on her way out the driveway, the door came down uneven and looked like it was about to fall. I called A1 around 8am and Patrick showed up around 11:30 which was comforting. Patrick is a TOP notch guy. Extremely professional and very considerate and personable. Explained everything, showed me where the damage was and showed me the new parts he was installing. Then after installation he walked me through and showed me where the new parts were installed. Garage door runs like a gem, extremely quiet and smooth like it was new. A1 is a little pricey, but they say you get what you pay for. I would use them again but I would request Patrick if I do. He’s a good honest man. Very impressionable. Thank you A1 and Patrick, our HOA has a fit if the garage door is not down when not in use.
