I called this afternoon and Nick was here within a couple hours. He immediately went to work and installed a new garage door system. He was super friendly and knowledgeable… a wonderful technician who we were happy to welcome at our home.

We had a lightning strike that unfortunately zapped our garage door system. Element Garage Door Repair and technician Leo came on a Sunday (same day we called) and diagnosed the system. It was not repairable. He stayed and installed a completely new system so we can get in and out of our garage. We were very thankful. Leo came back the following day (once our wifi had been restored) and set us both up with the app. Element garage door repair and particularly Leo were very professional and timely. We very much appreciated the outstanding work and service.
