Shawn is the best. He has been out to repair our garage door a few times and was so honest and fair. So when we were ready to upgrade the doors, we hired his team and they turned out great! What an upgrade to our exterior and they are so quiet now too. Highly recommend

Shawn was great from start to finish. I contacted him right after moving into my new home because I needed help with my garage doors. I wanted to upgrade to two new wall-mounted garage door openers, and he came out immediately to take measurements and confirm everything would fit properly.
He ordered the parts quickly and was ready to install within a week. The installation was clean, professional, and done right. Everything works perfectly and I’ve had zero issues with the doors or openers since.
What really stood out to me was his responsiveness and customer service. He made it clear that if I ever have any issues, I can call him and he’ll be there as soon as possible. That peace of mind means a lot.
It’s also great knowing he lives here in Canyon Lake and truly takes care of the community. I’ve heard from multiple neighbors that he tells them the same thing — call anytime if there’s an issue. That kind of local service is hard to find these days.
I highly recommend ZAAAP Garage Door Repair and will definitely be using Shawn again in the future.
