What customers say

Customers praise clear explanations of repair options, and two mention quick arrivals. A customer’s stopped garage door motor was repaired rather than replaced; in a separate spring repair, all rollers were replaced and the door ran quietly afterward.

Amazing customer service. Love the website - I was able to book a next day appointment. My tech came on time, educated me about what the issue was and what the different options were to fix it. Highly recommend - Nanaimo needs more business like this!!

Barry Hornby

Had JD come and service our garage door that had not had one in a long time, he was very thorough and explained everything. Gave us lots of options of how we could proceed. Effectively did the service. Our door is quite old and is on borrowed time. Time to replace and upgrade. He was able to walk us through this process and explain all the options which was a bonus, we appreciated his honesty on letting us know what we would be looking at for a new door. Looking forward to the new door as well. Thanks

My garage door motor suddenly stopped working, and these guys were amazing. They came quickly, found the problem right away, and repaired the motor instead of pushing a replacement. Everything works perfectly now and the price was very fair. Professional, honest, and efficient service. Highly recommend

My garage door now runs super quiet — better than new. Professional, efficient, and clearly know what they’re doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.
