The Precision Door Services employees did a good job of explaining the problem and were honest about price choices for replacing our door opener (not recommending the most expensive but what was best for us). They came quickly within a few hours (our door opener had stopped working). This is the second time they have done work for us. The last time they repaired the door. Outstanding service. I used the chat function on the Precision Garage Door Service website to find out more about their services. An actual person responded immediately, and after a few minutes explaining options to me, he offered to set up an appointment for the next day.

Keith, the assigned technician, arrived early that next afternoon after phoning first and then spent time not only servicing my immediate concerns, but also offering to complete regular maintenance on both bay doors of the garage (even though only one had been in need of repair). The service was first rate, and Keith explained carefully everything he was going to do and offered clear estimates for all work ahead of time. I had expected only to get an estimate for future work that afternoon, but Keith made all repairs, completed some additional needed maintenance, and left my garage looking better--and the doors working better--than I could have hoped. This was perhaps one of the best service experiences I have ever had!
