I worked with Gabriel who helped me with my broken garage door opener. He was highly professional and walked me through the overall health of my garage door and opener while advising me on budget, performance, and longevity of all of the systems. As a first time homeowner, I walked away with a lot of important knowledge that will help me make informed decisions in the future. Gabriel was patient and even replaced a sensor that was not working as intended upon the first installation. It's a small gesture, but having worked with other profesionals in different fields--integrity is the one thing more valuable than the technical knowledge itself. In no uncertain terms I trust his insight and would feel comfortable with him working on the property even if I was not present. A fantastic experience all around.

The Precision Door Services employees did a good job of explaining the problem and were honest about price choices for replacing our door opener (not recommending the most expensive but what was best for us). They came quickly within a few hours (our door opener had stopped working). This is the second time they have done work for us. The last time they repaired the door. They did a good job both times, and we would highly recommend them.
