Craftsman came over to replace my neighbors garage door. I asked if he could also look at my garage door since a latch came undone. He also did an amazing job replacing my neighbors garage door. The dude is reliable, a hard worker, humble, and does outstanding work. Highly recommended!
I just had a new full view garage door installed by Craftsman Garage Doors. I had used them in the past for repairs and new garage door openers but this time we wanted an upgraded door. I found them very easy to work with. The door came in quicker than they originally estimated and they scheduled installation with me right away. All of the staff I have dealt with are friendly and know their stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Garage door spring suddenly broke and Craftsman Garage Door Repair was quick to respond and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. The technician that came out and he provided superb service--calling to let us know his arrival time (within the first half hour of the scheduled 2-hour window), patiently answering all of our questions, walking us through the different options, and matching/beating other quotes we got. Overall, we found him excellent and would recommend to anyone needing garage door repair.
We needed our garage door opener and springs replaced and they performed these tasks quickly and with no problems. Everything works much better now. We negotiated a bit on price, but we ended up getting a pretty good deal. I think other places would have done it for less, but we had more confidence in Craftsman Garage Door Repair.
