Steven texted in advance so I could really depend on his arrival time. He was very professional in assessing my needs. He performed my annual cleaning and adjustments; made a couple of suggestions for me to consider in the future; refined my remote garage door opener’s. It was obvious he was very experienced and comfortable in handling my current issues as well as making reasonable suggestions to keep the garage door dependably working. Had maintenance on my door. The text communication about service tech in route was appreciated. Tech- Reggie was professional and easy to talk with about my door issues. Very friendly.He could tell right away the root cause and went straight to work.He never stopped… adjustment here, tightening all screws, lubing all joints. Worked the spring tension…When I asked about a new door he was able to pull out his IPad and quickly showed me some options and pricing.So while I’m not yet ready for a door(within a year), Reggie was able to answer all my door questions with ease.His work ethic is hard to come by so I appreciated his work and his passion.I will request Reggie as my installer when I do choose a door.ACE was recommended by a friend and I will do the same.
