Great installation team led by BRIAN and Johnny! These guys are on top of their game and they get the job done no matter what. If you are in the market for garage doors, I can’t recommend them highly enough. This was a breeze and we felt very well met from beginning to end.
Highly recommended!I needed the mechanism for my garage door replaced, The team arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and handled the installation with precision.Before the replacement, my garage door rattled and shook. Now, it is almost silent. The difference in the mechanism's quality and the smoothness of the operation is night and day.They ensured everything was calibrated perfectly and left the workspace spotless. These guys really take real pride in their work.I couldn’t be happier with the results.
Brian and Johnny did a wonderful job. Garage door is way quieter than I can remember. They replaced 2 springs , torsion bar, rollers and weather strip. Added a nice touch manual hinge inside to manually raise the garage door in case of power failure-love it. I was going back and forth with other company who replaced wrong springs and then caused door to shift sideways, bent rails and damaged torsion tube. The other company left me without access to garage for 10 days what took Brian 2 hrs to fix. Brian first saw the damage done by this other company from pictures (I sent ) came to job site and gave a quote. Also recommended new rollers and weather strip due to damage. Good communication when it will be done and finished it on time & in quoted price. A major overhaul for one of the most /if not equally used door in the house for around $1k. Do not go for budget company or Hifi company if it’s in Long Island/Ny area reach out to Brian at Overhead door.
Overhead Garage did an excellent job. I'm remodeling my home. Step by step, I'm glad I choose Overhead. They were able to explain everything and answer all my questions during the consultation and when Syaf did the installation the quality and the service went beyond my expectations. Plus the manager was very nice/ polite and easy to talk to always available and worked with me and my unpredictable schedule. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
We just had 2 garage doors installed by Overhead door Company. After a few estimates, we found they had the best price and customer service. Owner and staff are all very knowledgeable in the industry; we felt comfortable moving forward with this company and have no regrets. Installation was seamless and the garage doors look absolutely beautiful. We would recommend them to anyone looking for great prices, quality and customer service! Great job guys! Thanks again!
