My home's garage door could not open to the top.Technician came and fixed it in one hour. Now it can open to the top, and it's much less noisy than before.Great experience.
Terrible experience. The technician came to look at a jamming gate at my house. He clicked the opener button a few times, looked at the panel, then said he didn't know anything about it, he'd never heard of the gate brand, and couldn't help. I asked if the company could replace it with a brand that's more familiar to them; he said he didn't know that either. I thanked him and he left.A few weeks later I got an invoice for $485! For what!? I called to complain about it, and they said they'd send someone else at no additional cost. No one ever came, and I never heard back again until three months later they started sending letters threatening to use a collection agency. For the last two month I've called this company maybe 5 times, and I'm always told they'll "escalate this to a manager" and get back to me, but no one ever has.
Hernan the sales person is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail the options available to us. Promply came to the house the next day to measure and explain the installation process. Tom the garage door technician is very methodical and truly takes pride in ensuring the installation is done properly. The drains turned out perfect.
