The first time I contacted Kempenfelt was October 2019. This was to arrange for 3 reasonably large windows, dining room and for each of our 2 bedrooms. I found the salesman to be courteous and most helpful in answering any and all my questions As well the person who came to do the measuring was equally courteous and informative. The Installers worked with equal courtesy and thoroughness. The next time I wanted some new windows I immediately called Kempenfelt windows. This time it was for 3 slightly smaller canopy style windows. Once again I was treated with extreme courtesy from the salesman to the installation process. Looking back at my experience with Kempenfelt Windows I can only say that in all my years in dealing with companies coming into my home to carry out renovation or service work, Kempenfelt Windows has by far been the most courteous and informative Company to deal with.
When my husband and I wanted to get some new windows and a new kitchen sliding door, there was no doubt in our minds that we were going to call Kempenfelt Windows and Doors. The service and quality from sales to installation was beyond incredible and well worth every penny. We had used them already, and trust them. Our sales rep Mark Linnemoller had looked after everything for us and made it very simple. The best part were the installers. From taking apart our old products and installing the new ones all in one day was fantastic. These guys were professionals and cleaned up everything and from measurements to installing and touch ups, they were right on. We have a very old house and these look so good and we highly recommend them. My advice, don't try to save a penny for cheaper products. Get the professionals to do it. It's worth it.

The installation team showed up on time and worked hard to install all new windows and a patio door. The guys were friendly and courteous. We are now half way through the coldest winter that I can remember and feel absolutely no drafts coming through our windows and new patio door. We also have much more light coming through into our house. I would totally recommend Kempenfelt Windows and Doors. They have a great product for a great price.
