On Sep.12,the Friday morning, after I took out my garage and recycle from my garage door. I was ready to bring my kid to school and go to work. All of sudden that the garage door doesn't close. It was 7:50am, I was calling around to have someone to come to fix my garage door, so I go to work.. I've called 4 places, 2 hang up my call, 2 won't have technician to come in the late afternoon. I couldn't go to work without my garage door not closed. Newmarket Garage Door was my 5th call. The office lady name Amanda was on her way to go to work when I called. She was on the phone with me to walk me through how to close it manually as emergency and she will schedule someone to come in the afternoon to fix it. She is ABSOLUTELY friendly and knowledgeable. She is not supposed to work until 8:30am when the office opens. She took her time and walked me through and explain to me what might be the problem. She was my lifesaver on that day that i could still go to work with peace of mind that mu garage door is closed. I came back during my lunch break to see if the tech has fixed my garage door. LUCKY ENOUGH, Tommy, the tech was there fixing it. Tommy is also super knowledgeable and explain to me the cause of it and so patient to answer my 100 questions. I definitely will continue to reach out to them again for all my garage door problems in the future. A Big Thank You to Amanda and Tommy. Your company truly deserve a 5 ?from me. Be careful not to fall for low service rate garage repair service providers they are not to be trusted. Pay the going hourly rate with a reputable company like Newmarket Garage Doors. Not only do they sell quality products their installation team are fantastic and honest. I needed a new opener installed and purchased one locally based on the tech Tommy’s advice. ( Great guy)He came back a couple of days later and within 45 minutes had me up and running.Newmarket Garage Doors is a good company you can rely on.
Awesome company to deal with! I had a broken spring and called for service. In just under 24 hours they had a new spring installed and the job done at a great price!
