we are very satistied with our experience with Golden Door and love our new garage door! It has made huge improvement in the appearance of ourhouse. Taylor came out to measure and provide anestimate, and helped us choose the right product. The pricing he provided was more competitive. than another quote we received for essentially thesame product. Once we placed the order, the garage door arrived sooner than expected - about 4weeks. Installation was scheduled within 3 days. The team arrived right on time. Walter and Ramez were great. They helped me move a few things around in the garage, and the installation was complete in roughly 2 hours. They walked me through the new garage door opener, the remote and answered all my questions. And - they took away our old garagedoor and lift to be recycled. Given the competitive pricing and the overall experience, I highly recommend Golden Door. If l had known that a new garage door would makesuch a difference, I would have done this long ago. We now have a very quiet, clean and sleek doorthat we are really happy with!

PERFECTION! One word which describes the installation team of Walter and Ramez from GOLDEN RULE Garage Door Inc. My original Lift Master garage door motor finally died after 22+ years of faithful service, so I needed a replacement. I reached out to a handful of companies looking for model recommendations and quotes. Most were overpriced and charged extra for things like an extra remote. However GOLDEN RULE Garage Door Inc. responded with a very reasonable quote which provided me 2 Lift Master model options to select from (chain and belt drive motors) and included an extra remote plus an outdoor keypad at no additional cost.Installation was scheduled within 1 day and Walter and Ramez were sent out. Upon their arrival, I immediately knew these guys were pros with many years of experience working together. They worked like a well-organized machine, removing my old opener and installing the new Lift Master 6690 belt drive motor in less than 1 hour. In addition to installing the new motor which included a back-up battery pack, they replaced the rail, both security sensors, and wall control unit. After installation was complete, they didn't stop there. They oiled all my door hinges and rollers and would not stop until every single squeak was eliminated. Now, I have the most silent opening garage door in Ladera!Thanks to GOLDEN RULE Garage Door Inc. for providing excellent service, value, and amazing customer experience! I would say overall is a really good experience. I got about four other bids from different people. Everyone else I got bids from were lacking confidence in completing the job, but I’ll say when golden rule came to give me a quote. They seemed very confident that they can do it for our custom garage dimensions…overall was very happy.
