I had an opportunity to have Doormasters install a side garage door (with blinds between the glass pane) for me and I was totally impressed with their quality of work performed. In the past, I had them installed a garage door for me, so I decided to use DM again. I watched them as they worked meticulously to install my door. Moreover, the father and son team answered all of my concerns as a homeowner, reassuring me that I was in good hands.

When asked, how many more installments he had that day, I was told none, and that I was the only one. Let me tell you this, for the first time, I felt at that time like I was the only, and the most important customer in the world. There focus was on me, one customer at a time. And to tell you the truth, their work reflected just that; no one was more important than me right now, which is something America has lost. "Service with Pride."

The work was first class and I cannot stop looking at the door. In fact, I look for a reason to go and open the door just to put something in the trash. And every time I open the door, I continue to be amazed at the craftsmanship and the quality of the product, along with the service that was provided. The service was so great, I have decided to have DM install a new front door along with with a glass door. "Lets just say, I am hooked."

The best form of advertisement is word of mouth, therefore, I am saying to all you that's reading this review, this is the place to go because you will not regret it. In my opinion, its money well spent. :-)

Great service! They replaced my spring and to wire spools today. They did amazing work , super fast and walked me through everything. Answered all of my questions. Price was 200 to 400 lower than other quotes I had gotten. Highly recommend.

Tried to talk me into a new garage door. Work was great but more than double the price I expected and triple the price quoted as the starting price. Won’t be a repeat customer. Will say the lady setting up appointments was excellent and very professional.

I wanted to replace two french doors on my patio. This was definitely not an inexpensive project. I did my homework and got quotes from 3 different companies and talked to the sales folks. Not only was Doormasters the least expensive, their salesperson was the only one who listened to what I wanted instead of trying to push their specific product. The installation crew were employees of Doormasters instead of contract folks, and this was a very important consideration for workers coming to my house. The installation went without a hitch. The installation took place over two days (one door per day). The crew did a professional job on the installation and clean up. When I interacted with them, they were respectful to me and treated me well. I am 100% satisfied with all of my interactions with the Doormasters team. Great people, great products, and professional installation without delays, excuses, or hassles.

Called doormasters to replace broken torsion springs on garage door. They were able to come out the next day. Telephone receptionist and repairman were both very professional and courteous. Quality of work was top-notch. He even found a couple unrelated problems and took care of those. Would definitely recommend this company.
