Bottom line: great service at a fair price. Prime gave me a solid/fixed price to replace a broken torsion spring. None of the “well… we will have to look, then we can tell you” answer that you get from many repair places. Was not the least expensive, but far from the most expensive. Easy to set appointment and flexible appointment times. Arrived on time. To my surprise, not just a tech - it was the owner himself. (Nice to see an owner not afraid to do field work) Friendly, courteous, answered any questions I had. He tested everything and made sure I was satisfied with the work and function. No problems at all. Highly recommend!
Called for estimate of several garage door company. Prime Garage Door responded, set time for estimate, arrived ON-TIME, set date for installation, arrived ON-TIME. The installation was clean and my garage door was done in about 3 hours.Removal of OLD garage door and hardware. Replaced with new panels, new rails, new lift machinal spring and cables, hooked to garage door opener, set all limits on opener, lubricated, and replaced the outside weather seal.Mr. Devin Ross (owner/operator)did it all. If there were 100 stars they would ALL be GOLD. Thanks for a job well done.Very Very PLEASED
Devin was very professional and knowledgeable about different types of garage doors. He took his time, explained everything, did everything correctly and checked behind himself more than once to be sure everything was functioning properly before leaving the property. On top of the A1 service he had the best prices in town. Would recommend.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I searched several reviews for garage repair companies and settled on Prime Garage Doors & Openers. I called first thing in the morning, the day of my problem, and was called back immediately and put on the schedule for that morning. The owner arrived a few minutes ahead of scheduled appointment which I really appreciated. He understood my problem and was able to present me the solution to my problem. He was able to get the supplies needed to remedy the problem that day and completed the job in a few hours. He was incredibly friendly and offered me a lot of helpful information regarding garage door maintenance. As a first time home owner these tips and tricks were very much appreciated. I will absolutely use him in the future and if anyone I know needs garage door help I will send them to him. Great customer service and great work!
