Called up Friday afternoon due to spring snapping, and I was told they could send someone out same night, or next morning (Saturday). I opted for next morning on Saturday, as it was already getting late. Was giving a 12-4pm window but Wallen came out earlier. Aaron came in assessed the situation, quoted me and was in and out within an hour. Very professional group, from receptionist call / scheduling / to repair and installation. Highly recommended, will be using again in the future.
****Update 2/6/26: The owner delivered a hand-written apology and a refund check for the work I had an issue with. I greatly appreciate this level of professionalism and honesty. It is apparent that this company cares about their customers and is willing to make things right for them. Thank you.I wanted to start off by saying that the technician was kind, and the repair of my garage door springs were completed promptly. The office staff was also kind. Although, I will not be using this company in the future and will not be recommending them to others. The technician quoted me a certain amount upon arrival. When he finished the job, he told me that I owed almost $140 more than the agreed upon price. He explained he needed to replace another part due to wear. I wish he would have knocked on my door, explained the situation, and asked for my approval BEFORE completing the additional work and charging me. This additional cost put this repair out of my allotted budget. I called the office and voiced my concern. The office acknowledged this was not their standard procedure and apologized, but did not remediate the situation. I learned a lot from this experience. Thank you.

I bought a new garage door opener back in June and received excellent service at a great price. Second garage door needed an opener so I called back. From the moment I told them who I was they treated me amazing! They quickly came out and fixed the second opener during the holiday season at a great price! This time my tech was Steve and if you’re lucky he will be your tech! He goes above and beyond! I needed an additional repair and he made sure to come back after his normal work day to complete the job! This company and surely Steve go out of there way to serve the customer and they do it at a reasonable price! I would definitely call back and would recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs or replacement! Thanks for the great service!
I never heard of Wallen Garage Door Repair but as soon as I sent out my my request for repair quote to 4 business. They were the first one to respond. Mary communicated saying someone can be out there today. Matt came and quickly identified the problem, saying he had all the parts in his truck to replace my broken spring. He worked diligently and efficiently, replacing the other spring explaining it woild be just a matter of time before the other spring would go out. He was kind enough to explain what he was doing and didn't mind me watching. Once he was finished, he tested the garage door. I was very impressed and would us Wallen Garage Door Repair in the future.
