Not a review of the companies installation services, but just had a Hayes truck tailgate me a foot away from my bumper while speeding up and slowing down in an attempt to scare me I guess? This lasted about 4 miles, with plenty of options to pass since they clearly needed to be somewhere. I'm sure they do a great job with doors, but a company that hires employees that are willing to jeopardize the safety of people on the road so heavily gets a review from me, something I very rarely do.
Garage door broke 2 days before Thanksgiving. I called 2 other places and one said in a week. How was I going to leave my door open. I called my nephew who told me about them. Zach came at 6 pm fixed he door was pleasant and knew his stuff. Will recommend them to anyone. And above all that the price was great.Thank you Zack and you and your family have a great Thanksgiving.

Purchased a new home in Aug 2020 and after 6 months the garage door started buggin out not wanting to close. I found the number to Hayes door that was left by the previous owners (mind you its just after 7pm) and Clint answered the phone. He help me bypass the sensors for the evening and advised he could come out 2 days later which was totally fine. He sent a text to let me know he was on the way and took care of the issue in less than 30mins. He was informative and explained more than what was asked. Great customer service. Id work with over and over again.
Great service. After one of our overhead door springs failed (broke after very little use - but well past warranty period) Mr. Hayes came over and made better than original repairs, and tuned up our other doors. Good service, great price, better than OEM work. Recommended.
