Rich’s was able to come out within the day, had my jammed garage door fixed and spruced up with in half an hour. They were very nice, professional and didn’t make any attempt to sell me anything other than what I requested or absolutely needed. Very happy with the service and pricing was very reasonable for such a quick fix and some TLC.
Matt came out on a Saturday to help out with a garage door sensor problem. While he was there he also maintenanced two doors and identified a huge problem with the way a motor was mounted, helping me avoid a future problem.A+ service, highly recomend Rich's Expert Door Service!
I called Rich because my door wouldn’t shut. It was a simple fix but How would I know ??If the little green light is blinking it needs re- aligning til solid . He talked me through it ! Awesome !!!!
