Anthony went above and beyond the call of duty. He fixed and straightened out the crooked rail and then proceeded to his truck for nails to fix the actual wood part where the tenant hit the door. Kind, courteous and professional in freezing cold weather. Excellent communication with the home office as well. Highly recommended!

They did a great job repairing my garage door that I thought it was done for. The technician was very knowledgeable and he even gave me some pointers on how to maintain it over time. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

Patricia Laing

I was very pleased with Ridge after contacting them for a recurrent problem when the weather gets colder. They responded immediately to my message and sent a man out the same day. He quickly figured everything out and was very pleasant to deal with and not at all pushy. I will definitely use Ridge in the future.

Anthony did a service call at my home on Sept 3rd for a garage door opener problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional and he explained what he discovered and gave me a choice as to what I would need to do. The work was completed without a problem and I was very impressed with him as a dedicated worker and as a good representative of Ridge Overhead Door. Good work, Anthony.
