He communicated well, educated me on my issues with my door, clearly outlined what was required to get up and running, what would be additional recommended repair, and offered advice on where to save. He went the extra mile and programmed my car (which can be a pain with Homelink), and even struck up a conversation about how I liked the car - he was a nice gentleman who anyone would have the pleasure of having work done by.Tony in just a few hours got me a new spring, roller wheels, and replaced my outdated Overhead Door unit with a Genie 3120.
