Initial sale of doors was fine. Installation wasn't so great. Installers that showed up were unfriendly and left a mess. They seemed like they were annoyed to even be there to do the work. They left and didn't bother to review anything with me. After some time, the cable came off of the one door and it stopped working. I called for service more than once and no one called back to setup an appointment. Contacted another company and they came to fix the door in no time.Would not recommend this company.
This group of people is top notch! One of our overhead doors jammed while open and they managed to dispatch a crew and have it fully operational again within the hour, despite having a full day of calls ahead of them. They have always been our go-to for repair and maintenance and have never disappointed. We are grateful for the stellar service!!
About ten years ago they installed my garage door and lift and it worked like a charm until about 3 days ago. I received friendly and professional service from the office and the repair team came right away only to point out I had an electrical receptacle issue and the door is working perfectly! But while they were there, they oiled it up and fixed the trim for me. Fast, exceptional service with a smile. You can't expect more than Andersonn & Ross.
