I'm enjoying my beautiful new, quiet, and modern garage door! My old door totally stopped in an "open" position and my only option was to replace it. I called A1 Garage Door and spoke with Gage who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He scheduled a next day appointment for me with Myles. Myles arrived promptly and was sooo knowledgeable and explained everything to us in great detail. My daughter and I had many questions!! We decided to purchase a "premium" package. Myles called a few people regarding finance options, choice of doors/features, and available same day installation appointments. Within 90 minutes, Adolfo (the multi-tasking installer) arrived!! He was fantastic as were all the A1 employees I had the pleasure to deal with. Adolfo explained all the tech features of my new garage door. It's insulated (super important in Vegas), has security cameras, motion sensor lights, and operates almost silently! Within about 3 1/2 hours Adolfo, who was obviously a very experienced technician, completed my new garage door installation!! My first A1 repair was in 2017 and I didn't hesitate for a moment to contact them for a second visit. Now, with my new door, a yearly service call is included. I highly recommend A1 Garage Door to anyone seeking an honest, competent, reputable, local company.
I tried a new company and not that impressed. All the bad reviews seem pretty accurate. He tried to convince husband I needed a brand new garage door after fixing the problem for over $500 dollars. Left 3 stickers in my garage without permission. He actually used a staple gun to install a sign in my wall. I thought that was really unprofessional.
Kyle did an awesome job and explained everything in detail. He was very patient and worked fast and efficiently. Actually the techs in the field are very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the install department in Arizona leaves much to be desired. Too many dropped calls, no answer to voicemail messages and basically no follow through. You should have more techs like Kyle and Miguel.
