I had A1 do a service on my garage door. The service tech Christian was knowledgeable and pointed out a lot of fatigue cracks that I never noticed on my door panels and hinges. Christian also explained how the door springs were at the end of their life as they did not support the door weight as they should. Overall I appreciate the knowledge that Christian displayed on his craft and how my options were explained to me. For what I did today I feel my garage door is operating smoother and safer and I know my options if I choose to do a full replacement.

I appreciated that they sent information about the technician before the visit—it’s a considerate touch that helps you feel comfortable. When Chance Harrison arrived, he was very professional. We discussed the issues with my garage door, and he immediately got to work. He took the time to explain in detail what needed to be repaired and why. Once we approved the work, he completed the job efficiently. After finishing, he showed us how to connect our phones to the garage door app so we could open and close it remotely—and even helped set it up for us! I highly recommend A1 Garage Door Service for their honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer care.
