My garage door wouldn’t open fully with an electric opener or by hand. I have a voice issue that makes it almost impossible to talk on the phone, so I was thrilled when I saw I could schedule the service online. Sawyer thoroughly inspected the door, the rails, the wheels, and all of the other components that have to work correctly. He prepared several estimates starting with the bare minimum all the way up to replacing the entire door (mine had a couple small cracks). I made the choice I thought best and could afford, and he quickly had the door balanced. I can now raise it with one hand, and it stops where it should. He arrived on time, appeared knowledgeable and professional, and finished in a timely manner. This is the second time Precision has worked on my door. The first time was about 15 years ago. Clearly, they perform quality work. It’s not cheap by any means (what is these days?), but it’s money well spent.
Kyle was absolutely amazing! Gave me many different options and decided to go with one option. He immediately went to work and within an hour he was leaving with an extremely happy and impressed customer. Can't express enough how grateful I am for Kyle he definitely went above and beyond! Will most certainly be using them for any future issues.
After searching reading reviews I called Precision explained my needs. I set up a garage door consultation. A young man named Collin called set a time to come by. He was very friendly explained everything to where I could understand. I picked the package that was best for my budget and he he went to work and installed a new opener and other parts. I Love it!! So much better than the outdated system I had. Will recommend Precision to family and friends.
Awesome company!! I wasn't even certain they would be able to fix the issue with my garage door, but Keith quickly assured me they could. He was very personable and seemed to truly care about his customers. When he heard my mom and I discussing her chemo schedule, he asked about her health and was very empathetic towards her problems. He and his manager went above and beyond in not costing me any more than absolutely needed to get us access through our garage door again, which is very helpful to my mom, as the step up into the front door is almost too high for her due to her mobility limits. I now know who to recommend the next time someone on the neighborhood FB page asks for recommendations for a garage door company. There are definitely still good people in the world!
Tony was a wonderful and friendly consultant. We communicated by phone texts flawlessly since I am hearing impaired. He was very helpful. My remote no longer connected with the old opener. So the new opener was needed. Corey was an amazing and friendly installer. He finished the installation about 3 hours. He also helped setting up on my phone for alerts when the door opens and closes. They did a great job!The new opener works flawlessly. Your attention to detail, like making sure the belt tension was perfect and that the door was properly balanced, was impressive. The opener is smaller than old one. That made me so satisfied and happy. I would recommend using the company.
