On 3/6/26 I called Unwin Overhead Door to purchase the left side garage door vertical track for DIY. It happened that Joseph was available to come over to my house to replace the damaged with the new one. He arrived on time with all needed parts, took down the broken one, cut the new one to fit the size, instaled it perfectly in less than an hour. I can't be more than pleased. Joe is extremely professional, courteous, works fast and thoroughly. I love the repaired one, because it looks just like a new one. Joe also asked me to run the garage door open and close many times to make sure that I am totally satisfied. It ran perfectly. Thanks again to Joe and Monica, you solved my problem beautifully!! I'll recommend Unwin to all my family and friends!

Couldn’t have chosen a better company. I called for a quote and a member of the team was at my house within 48hrs. The customer service is second to none. They answered all my questions, provided me with many options, and kept me updated as I waited for my order to arrive (which didn’t take long). The crew was very professional and did a top notch job. Highly recommend!

Frequently Asked Questions
How often does Unwin recommend garage-door maintenance?
Unwin recommends preventive maintenance every six months to a year, depending on how often the door is used.
Does Unwin provide one warranty term for every garage door?
No. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and model.
Can Unwin replace one garage-door panel instead of the whole door?
In many cases, one panel can be replaced; if several panels are damaged, full-door replacement may be more cost-effective.
