The technician Jake was very professional. He took one look at both doors and recognized immediately the problems associated with the original install. He was very pleasant to work with, and I would be happy to work with or recommend O’Fallon Overhead Door anytime as long as you have people like Jake, who really represented your company very professionally.
Jacob and Ethan did a fantastic job on installing both of our garage doors! They both were incredibly professional, respectful and patient with me and all my questions/concerns that I had. They both did a wonderful job! And they both did a great job cleaning up! Not to mention, the garage doors look great! I highly recommend!
My experience with O'Fallon overhead doors was absolutely perfect, from the estimating process to the final install. I was kept informed throughout the process, they let me know when the door came in that we special ordered and they set an appointment to install and were right on time. They've been over backwards to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Quality of the door is excellent and I would highly recommend O'Fallon door. Also the guys that came out to perform the installation were great guys, they were fast, courteous and did excellent work. I would never use another company other than O'Fallon door.
