Our experience with the garage door replacement was very disappointing. After a two-month wait, they still got the most basic requirement wrong—the door color. We were told white doors were readily available and were even offered a discount to choose white, but we specifically wanted sandtone and agreed to wait the quoted 4–6 weeks. Instead, after more than two months, they installed a white door anyway reflecting poor communication across the board.Unfortunately, the issues did not stop there. After installation, we found noticeable gaps at the bottom of the door that require additional weather stripping, as well as gaps between the garage door frame and the wall that still need proper caulking. For a brand-new installation, this level of incomplete work is unacceptable. We are now in the process of hiring a handyman and spending extra money to fix problems that should have been addressed correctly from the beginning.Overall, this has been a pretty frustrating and costly experience.
