Recently, we asked Active Door to provide recommendations on replacing our garage doors. The options they offered, were excellent! The doors were installed within one day by professionals who knew what they doing. The doors look great and their whisper quite operation are a wonder. All of this at a comparatively low cost with the company and the manufacturer all Canadian!! Thank you Shawn and Trish

We have used Active Door twice now—installing garage doors at two different homes—and they continue to exceed expectations. The product is amazing and the service top notch. Today they truly came to the rescue when our garage door suddenly broke (broken springs and a bent rail). I called in a bit of a panic, and Robin answered right away, was incredibly calm and kind, and had Chris at our house in under an hour. Chris was absolutely amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything fixed efficiently, saving our day (and our sanity!). Fast response, excellent communication, fair service, and people who actually care—this company is the real deal. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will continue to use them for any garage door needs. Thank you, Robin and Chris!

Jay and Stefano showed up on time- worked all day- left everything spotless and were very friendly. The garage door looks great and we were very pleased. We had a minor glitch with a wire at the end of installation day- right after business hours -and the company responded immediately and it was fixed the next day. This company was VERY easy to work with from when we were shopping around- to when we bought the door and then to installation day. We would use them again! Thank you to the entire team!
