Upper Canada Garage Doors LTD.

I had a great experience with Upper Canada Garage Doors. They arrived on time, were very professional, and did the job with great attention to detail. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing garage door work.

I contacted Upper Canada Garage Door to help with a broken garage door panel, which needed replacing. Patrick was very responsive, providing helpful advice and excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to help me find the suitable replacement panel and get it installed as soon as possible over the holiday period. I would highly recommend their services for anyone looking for efficient and cost-effective service relating to garage doors.

I contacted Upper Canada Garage Door at night about the annoying issue with my garage door opener on their website and received a response early the next morning. The quote was provided promptly, and the problem was fixed in the afternoon, within their promised time frame. The whole communication process is smooth and assuring. I am so glad I chose this company to handle the issue and will definitely call them for any future needs with my garage door!??

Very pleased with the entire job, from quoting to completion. No pressure sales tactics....allowed us to take our time to select the colour and style. Sales consultation was helpful in quickly allowing us to make decisions, eliminating options that were out of price range quickly (i.e. fibreglass or wood doors). Settled on steel doors, Richards Wilcox, which offered the colour we were after (bronze). Installed on time and then the cladding the next available day (actually slipped a day due to snow). Can recommend without hesitation.

We had an amazing experience with Upper Canada Garage Doors . From our first visit to their showroom to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. Their staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the product selection process easy—especially with their unique “Magic Island” of samples. The installation team was outstanding: respectful of our home, clean, and precise. They installed two garage doors and completed metal cladding with flawless caulking around the entire perimeter. We’re extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Upper Canada Garage Doors to anyone looking to buy or replace garage doors or openers. Truly one of the best service experiences we’ve had!
