Had an emergency and they came out within 10 min in the snow storm we just had. Technician got the door open so i could get the trailer out. Very professional company.
OverHead Door Odessa, this is totally unacceptable. I called for a service appointment Monday, and got one scheduled for Friday 11/21/25, the day they come to Andrews. They couldn't give me a time, so I have been here ALL DAY waiting (had to cancel appointments to be here). At 2:30pm, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called. The guy that answered to phone checked for me and said yes, my service was still scheduled for today, that I was next, but that the technician was just running behind on a call. Cool. Right around 5 o'clock I called again, and of course it goes to the answering service. I asked the answering service to have someone call me today, and she said she would try to contact someone. I did get a call back and told the girl, who was from the Midland store the situation, and the name of the technician that I was told was doing my service call. She said she would try to get ahold of him and call me back. She did call back a few minutes later and told me that the technician, wasn't running behind on a service call as I was told, but was having car trouble...that he was still going to try to get to us today...otherwise it would be Monday before they could come out. I have been waiting on repair for my garage door since Monday....not to mention having to stay home all day today. I asked if they did service calls on Saturday and she told me yes, but only for emergencies. I asked even for service that was scheduled that they didn't get to???? She was very appoligitic, but REALLY???? My time is valuable too! I can't wait around all day Monday AGAIN.If your service guy is having car trouble...YOU SEND ANOTHER SERVICE GUYYou AT LEAST call the customers and tell them what is going on.And you do the service on a Saturday when you don't show up on Friday! I would like the owner to contact me ASAP!
Please, do yourselves a favor and do some research. We're all investing in our homes and it's not cheap. So, without saying names I'll start by saying(a technician from this co.) I was told to buy a motor for the overhead door on Amazon because yes, it was cheaper than buying it from this company. After several failed intents to get in touch with this person, I called the company and called for a quote, made an appointment and for sure I thought they were going to send an experienced technician. The appointment was for 10:00 am, the technician called me at 8:30, he was at my house and I was grocery shopping.I came back home 9:35 he was there waiting. So time was running $$ ?? they charge by the hour.The technician worked on the motor, at the beginning he had said it was only going to take around two hours, he ran into some issues and was calling his supervisor several times, he also called the number on the manual because he was having trouble connecting the remote controls. It took him four hours and I guess he forgot to put grease on the chain that's in the motor, my husband had to do that And fix the door because somehow there was a gap from the door to the ground.Honestly, we weren't satisfied with their service, plus the technician took the manual even though I called the company and asked for it. I went personally to the company to pay the almost $700.00 dollars for the service, because if you pay with a card there's a fee, so have cash ready or a check. Again, I asked the person in charge to ask the technician for our motor manual and well, so far no luck.As a woman, I don't appreciate that kind of disrespect and I guess not everyone can be trusted.
These guys are Aces! Drew and the team of field technicians are excellent, professional, courteous and the most respectful team of experts I’ve dealt with in a long time. Id recommend this team anytime without hesitation! FYI, I went with the insulated garage doors and those new super quiet electric garage door openers, best investment ever!
If ur looking for workers who are rude and disrespectful some place to not fix what u call about over tighten stuff and leave other stuff not tighten at all and ur door falling off the rails not considered emergency this is the place for you please call overhead door for all ur needs.
