Mike Hess is a great technician. Showed up early. Very polite and professional. Listened to our issues. Ran a few tests. Inspected our doors. He fully explained what was causing the issues and what it would take to correct them. Work was accomplished quickly and the area fully cleaned. Mike then showed us the work that was performed and that the doors were properly adjusted. He readjusted the both door openers travel distance and resistance. This is the best our doors have worked and sealed in MANY years.

Jorge came out and gave a free estimate, explained what he would do, how he would fix it, why he would use this part or that part, and answered any other questions I had. When he actually came out to repair the garage door, it was just as he said. He explained everything in detail, answered any other questions I had, explained how the replacement part is more secure and stable than the existing part was. Overall, a plus plus would recommend.
