Our garage door was loud and seemed to be working harder than it should when opening and closing. Precision Door came out within 24 hours to assess the situation. They gave us multiple options to fix the issue. We decided to upgrade to a more quiet model. The technician was London B. He did a great job going over everything with us. He was done in about an hour. He calibrated our spring, replaced our garage door wheels, and replaced the motor. We highly recommend this company and ask for London B!!! He was great!
Saw an ad on the local news for immediate service on my garage door when all the other garage door companies were going to have me wait days to get the door fixed and they couldn’t give me any sort of estimate of what to expect to pay—Precision not only had same day service, but they also gave me a pretty accurate estimate range on the phone then sent a BMF tech, David, out in a snowstorm to fix my door. Needed my garage door opener replaced. The technicians called prior to arrival and were right on time. They inspected my door, all the mechanisms, wiring, etc. and gave me an estimate. They were able to perform all the work, including the updated wiring today as they had everything that was needed on their truck. They were very knowledgeable and were able to give me a detailed explanation of what had failed on my old opener and how the new opener would prevent the issues moving forward. After the installation was completed they were able to show me all of the features of the new opener and made sure that everything worked correctly. I appreciated their courteous service, knowledge and hard work in the cold weather. Thank you!!
David was great! He listened to what I needed and made the best recommendations for me. He showed me all of the opener options and answered all of my questions regarding the differences and benefits of each. He was friendly, professional, and quick! He even used his ladder to replace light bulbs in my garage that I couldn't reach. His attention to detail, including greasing squeaky hinges and springs, was top notch. I felt the overall pricing was actually lower than what I was expecting. The price I was shown was inclusive of all install and tax and it was very fair and reasonable.
