We live more than 30 miles outside the main city and had a hard time finding a garage door company willing to come out, even when we offered to pay extra for the drive. best olympia garage door repair understood our situation and made it work. I called on a Thursday and Eric came out by Saturday to handle a complete garage door replacement for us. He installed all new hardware and a motorized opener after I explained how tough it was for my husband to keep dealing with our old manual door that always jammed or had parts falling off. It's not easy to get help this far out, and with our busy work schedules, we don't have much time at home. Eric worked with us to fit the job into our limited window. I really appreciate how hard they work to run their business efficiently and take care of their customers' needs. Their prices were very reasonable and the quality of service was excellent. you won't be disappointed, promise!

Eric and his partner showed up right on time and worked quickly and efficiently on my garage door. They were friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made the experience pleasant. While they took care of the garage door repairs, I was able to clean out some things I had stored in the garage, and they were considerate about working around me. Eric also took the time to show me how to use the new remotes, which was very helpful. I ended up making great progress on organizing my garage and now have fully working garage doors. The technician, Johnathan, really knew what he was doing and explained every step of the repair process, including the costs for each part. He also suggested a few upgrades that made sense for my garage door, and I appreciated his honest advice. Johnathan worked quickly and was very friendly throughout the visit. I hadn’t realized how much noise my old garage door was making until it was fixed—now it opens and closes much more quietly. I also got new, more reliable garage door remotes, and one remote can now control all my garage doors, which is very convenient.
