Could not be more pleased with the service received. Woke up to a snapped garage door spring on Christmas Eve. Called at 7:30a, received a return scheduling call by 7:45a for 9a-11a the same day (today, again, Christmas Eve). Travis (service tech) called me at 8:25a stating he was on the way, was here by 8:45, spring replaced, paid, and out the door by 9:15. Extremely reasonable price and extremely quick service, all on a borderline holiday. A very stressful situation, during an already stressful time, rectified in less than 2 hours. 10/10 recommend.

I was very impressed with Garage Door Services! I called with my issue around 10:00 AM and my garage door was fixed by 4:00 PM! My service tech Travis was incredible! He moves so fast with perfect precision. You can tell he has done this a long time. And the price was very reasonable, much lower than I was expecting.

I highly recommend Garage Door Services. When our garage door was damaged, Clark came out to give an estimate for a new one, but he went above and beyond by fixing it on the spot—for free—so we could continue using it while waiting for the replacement. His kindness and skill really impressed us. In fact, the door worked so well after his repair that we didn’t have to replace it, but we chose to upgrade anyway.
Miranda kept us informed about shipping times and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The entire team was professional, friendly, and reliable. We are thrilled with our beautiful new garage door and very happy with the service we received.
