Called Precision Garage Door for a quote today to repair the broken spring on my garage door. They came out same day, match a competitor's price and quickly resolved the issue. Ricky and his associate were very friendly and professional and knowlegable to work with.

Called this company after our local small town service was unresponsive. Called Monday morning. Received service Monday afternoon. They were very communicative on the window of time they would be arriving, and the tech communicated his ETA when he was headed our way. Dan had the replacement parts needed in his service truck already and was able to get us back up and running. Will call again for future needs based on service and clear communication alone.

Our garage door spring broke on the Friday night before Labor day. They were at our house about 20 minutes after we called. The new spring and other maintenance that was done took about 30 minutes. The employee or owner was also very knowledgeable and very courteous and customer service friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs garage door repair.

I can’t say enough good things about Garage Doors of Omaha, and especially Dan, who came out to help me today. I had an issue with one of my garage systems and was a little stressed about how long it might take to fix, but they were available right away. Dan quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me an immediate and straightforward quote, and within the hour he was already replacing the system.
What really stood out to me was how professional and thoughtful Dan was throughout the whole process. He not only handled the replacement efficiently, but he also pointed out a few simple tune-ups I could do on my other garage system to extend its life. That kind of honesty and attention to detail is something you don’t always find, and I appreciated it.
The new system comes with a warranty that’s even transferrable if I ever sell my home, which gives me real peace of mind. Between their quick availability, fair pricing, and Dan’s expertise, I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. If you’re in the Omaha area and need garage door service, this is the team to call.
