Precision Garage Door Service of Omaha

I called Precision Garage on Monday, March 02 because my garage door would not open. I told them I wasn't going to leave the house for a couple of days, so there was no emergency. Instead, they had Matt come out a couple of hours later that same day. Matt both told and showed me what was wrong. He installed my new garage door opener, cable and rollers. He also set my keypad. Matt was polite professional and knowledgeable. He was detailed in his explanation and illustration of what was wrong and how he would fix it. All costs were conveyed to me prior to any work performed. I appreciated his honesty and positive demeanor. I would both use and recommend them for any future needs. Everyone I dealt with from calling to report the issue, to the repair of the garage was a pleasure to work with.

Justin, Ricky, and Eliseo did an outstanding job installing my new garage door. They were professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. Everything was installed perfectly, and they made sure the area was clean before they left. They took the time to explain how everything worked and answered any questions I had. I really appreciate their attention to detail and teamwork—great experience overall.

My garage door was recently on the fritz, and I reached out to Precision Garage Door Service and was quick to get an appointment for them to come out and assess what was wrong with the door. It's old, so I figured we were on the route of getting a whole new door and parts, but Colton came out and determined I would need a new one, but was so helpful to fix it as best as he could until the new installation. Again, it was a very quick turnaround for them to come back out. Colton and James came out and quickly got the new door up and running. I would recommend Precision; their staff was very knowledgeable and easy to work with!

We are very pleased with the quality of work and product Rick and Eliseo did for us from Precision Garage. They came the same day to evaluate our garage door replacement and had a new one installed the next day. The quality was great and the install was exceptional. It looks and runs great. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you

I called Sunday hoping to schedule something for during the week but they had availability that same day which there was also bad weather and they still came out. They gave us an honest professional opinion and guided us to the best option for our needs. They were able to schedule for a new garage door install the next day finishing in a timely manner. Quick service, easy to work with, professional, and knowledgeable, would highly recommend. I worked with Justin and Eliseo and they both were fantastic and helpful, thank you!
