My garage broke down and won't close, on a weekend, very late in the day. I searched Yelp and this local business has stellar reviews. I reached out to Adam and you can tell he genuinely cared. They are very willing to come regardless how late it was, but i had to schedule because of prior engagement. Technician Shawn (or maybe Sean) arrived on time the day of scheduled service and diligently worked on my garage fix. To my surprise, Adam arrived shortly after to check how it was coming along. They explained and showed what broke, even explained alternatives and the pros and cons for every option. They did not pressure me to lean on one option, but rather fully explained each so I can make the best decision that was right for my need. I cannot remember the last time I had excellent, and genuine customer care and service, but thanks to Adam, I got to experience a service as it should be done. Any business can take advantage of the customer's lack of knowledge but he made sure I get to make the best one for me. They even adjusted the garage door fitment to make sure it shuts flush and functions well. An added service extended to me from the kindness of their heart. If anyone is reading this review, you cannot make a better decision choosing this company. One of the most pleasant service I have had. Thank you Adam.

Highly recommend! Adam was super friendly and has incredibly reasonable pricing. He was wonderful and came out the same day to fix our garage door that kept beeping. He responded super quickly and was able to get here timely within 2 hours. Everything was done in less than 10 min too! While looking over our original issue, he also found a part that was broken and needed replacing. It helped with an annoying clicking noise that we just learned to live with - it was super helpful to know it could be fixed! He also lubed up our tracks so it’s super quiet to open the door now. I asked him about regular maintenance and he was very reasonable and didn’t try to upsell anything. I really appreciate him being so honest and upfront - he’s gonna be our go-to guy from now on & we’ll recommend him to our friends too!
