The company was absolutely wonderful! They returned my call immediately and had a technician out quickly to repair my garage door. As an older customer, I especially appreciated the communication. They texted updates at every step, who was coming, when he was on the way, and even sent a photo so I would recognize him. The technician was, polite, professional, and the repair was done quickly. I highly recommend them.
Orange County Overhead Door Company was great. They installed my garage doors back in 2013 and one of the doors wasn’t working properly. Call them next day came out and basically gave me a service on my doors, after 13 years, and lubed and check it out to get it working again properly…i had a stuck locking mechanism which he lubricated. No surprises, no up charges or replacing motors or stuff. Tony was really great personable and on time. Nice guy and great service.

Fantastic service. I used them to replace our roll-up door in our building in Anaheim. The service was great, from the beginning to the end. Family business for 3 generations.
