Staff great to work with and extremely understanding when I wasn’t ready for install on the morning of original scheduled installation. My only disappointment was that the door is not quite the colour I had expected/agreed upon. I had ordered a charcoal door and it is definitely more just grey. It works great and definitely an upgrade from my previous door.

Excellent and professional service from start to finish. Installer was amazing at the taking old door down, installing the new door, thorough clean up when complete and showing us all of the features of the opener at each point of contact. Great communication on progress and install dates. And most of all...the new door looks amazing! Highly recommend!
Buyer Beware. Terrible installation. Poor customer service. I would not recommend them nor would I work with them again. Bearing plates installed backwards. Slack switch screwed onto wall but not connected to cable. Terrible electrical set up i.e. wires hanging, staples through wiring. They installed inside openers without asking what location we preferred. Rails installed at different heights and different angles. Didn't install door stops. Installed track supports in the wrong spot which resulted in inadequate support and the rails are now starting to twist. Scratched and dented the flashing when they installed the outside opener. Cable has come off three times. Have had to replace the motor twice. We have had to replace all the vinyl weatherstrip as it warped just after a year from the install date due to poor installation. They even wanted to charge us for the initial service calls to fix the cable and the motor even though it was still under warranty. We are now working with a local garage door installer to fix all the issues caused by The Garage Door Store.
