Scheduling a service call was quick and easy. I actually reached a very nice live person and not a series of recorded messages—a pleasant surprise in this day and age. My positive impression continued when the technician, Mario Taveras, arrived. What a gentleman! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions in great detail. It had been years since I had service on my garage door, and a number of parts needed to be replaced. Mario had all the parts needed and was able to complete every repair within 90 minutes. He was thorough and competent, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was in good working order and that I had no more questions or concerns. His extra effort and care was very appreciated.
