A1 Garage Door Service

Scheduling a service call was quick and easy. I actually reached a very nice live person and not a series of recorded messages—a pleasant surprise in this day and age. My positive impression continued when the technician, Mario Taveras, arrived. What a gentleman! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions in great detail. It had been years since I had service on my garage door, and a number of parts needed to be replaced. Mario had all the parts needed and was able to complete every repair within 90 minutes. He was thorough and competent, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was in good working order and that I had no more questions or concerns. His extra effort and care was very appreciated.

Thank you Matt Brown for your excellent customer service! From arrival to departure, your friendly personality and demeanor were a wonderful experience to encounter. You truly are the epitome of quality care. Keep up with the amazing work! We are very satisfied with the results of A1 garage. Updating to a new system makes us feel more comfortable with a quieter door. Love this!

I had a great experience with A1 Garage Doors. Gabriel Campos was very professional, honest, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The service was fast, efficient, and everything was explained clearly. A1 Garage Doors is a great company and I highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.

I’ve been a customer of A1 Garage for many years and have always had a great experience. The entire team — from the staff who answer the phones and schedule appointments to the techs and managers who come out for the visits — is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond when I need service. Communication is excellent and they make everything easy. A special thank you to Adam Knotts in the Central Florida area for going above and beyond on a recent visit. He did a very thorough job identifying the issues my door was having, and on a chilly morning, he arrived with a hot coffee and donut for me as a kind thank-you gesture — completely unexpected and very thoughtful. That level of care and professionalism really stands out. Thank you Adam and A1 Garage for being a company I can consistently trust and rely on.
