Amazing response time, service was great just like last time! They were able to respond same day super fast via text and got out to me that day. I needed a custom spring which they were able to have made and installed the next day. They replaced the cheap Chinese broken spring and other hardware which was not designed to lift a door as heavy as mine. Works and looks amazing and I know it will be good for many years to come! This was my second time using United Garage Doors and both times were a 10 out of 10 experience! Highly recommend!
