During the evening of January 22 , 2026 my garage door cable broked . At 8:05am the next morning their receptionist Christine took my call . She was very professional and nice. At about 9:15am Jon was at my door and after fixing the problem by changing the wire he left at 10:45am . He managed to do a great job even though my wife’s car was still in the garage . Very pleased with the service and especially the cost . Thank you .
Love the look of the new door. Installation was done on the snowiest and coldest day of January but that didn’t seem to bother the two installing it. They were actually quite quick and cleaned the area well before they left.
Couldn't get my garage door to operate and Ram Doors sent a technician out the same day. He got it back up and running quickly.Cameron was very helpful and took the time to educate me on my door. I ha e to say dealing with you guys for my garage replacement has been the best experience. From the ordering process to the installation process. The installer whom unfortunately I have forgotten his name, is the best. He is so friendly, knowledgeable and also great at what he does. He has been to my house twice now because we had to replace one of the panels that came dented, and every time he has shown up, he has been great. You guys are a really great to deal wit I just could not say anything but good things about my experience!!!
