They did a wonderful job. The young man that did the removal of the old door & installation of the new door was quick, efficient and extremely friendly. He took the time to explain everything & he left me a bottle of lubricant for me to continue the proper maintenance of my new door.
They were able to respond quickly to our emergency. They are very friendly and have good customer service. However, they were only able to give us a temporary solution that did not work and we had to contact another company to solve the issue…. Essentially we got charged for a temporary fix that did not work (also have to mention that they said they would give us update about the part we needed but they did not :/) .

Met a representative at the Ottawa Home Show. There was a show discount which we took advantage of. We selected a very nice classy garage door. It was smooth from the ordering to the installation and post service appointment as well.
I got referred to the Door Company for my garage door replacement thru the people who installed my front and patio door.Corinne was prompt, patient and immediately send me pics of how the different options would feel like on the house. Pleasant to deal with.The installers were very efficient, polite and knowledgeable.The only one thing I would suggest is to communicate directly with the office since there were some delays and I realized there is a gap in their system somewhere... but ofcourse they respond immediately whether it's email or phone. Professionally sound, great offers, selection and pricing was competitive as well.....definitely recommend.
