My 20 year old garage door opener died and I called Garage Door Doctor they came out same day for free consultation, replacement and installation. 100% positive experience with Garage Door Doctor. Jason is a top notch technician, installer, troubleshooter. Customer service is also amazing. Had a minor issue 2 months post install and Jason came out to resolve and was on site in 30 minutes after I called. GDD stands behind what they sell/install with a 5 year no questions asked warranty. Highly recommended.
Jason arrived right in time as promised. He was knowledgeable and very professional. He fixed our garage door in minutes. Excellent experience with Tony from Garage Door Doctor. My garage door torsional spring broke last night. Called them in the morning and they set up an appointment for early afternoon. Got a call that they could come out two hours early which was great. They had the springs with them, replaced my broken ones and my garage door working in 30 minutes. Highly recommend them!
Great experience with Garage Door Doc! Jason was on time and quickly assessed the problem. Luckily they had the part on hand and was able to fix it plus a few minor adjustments and maintenance.
