They did my new build install so when we decided to add a screen door to our two car garage, we naturally called on them because they had taken such good care of us originally. They certainly have not disappointed! I love the screen door and I appreciate knowing that they are personally going to take care of it as well as they have the original door. They are always quick with service scheduling, knowledgeable, and an overall pleasure to work with. From the office to the install/service a great experience!

I had a garage door torsion spring fail this morning. They had the spring I needed in stock. I was able to pick it up and get the garage door functional the same day. Thanks, Pickard and Son, for your speedy and professional service!!

I had Pinckard and Son install a couple of sectional doors on a metal detached garage along with a wall-mount opener. The doors are incredibly well-built and they look great. The install is really clean and they open and close very smoothly. Equally important, the crew showed up on time and did the work when they said they would. I would definitely recommend Pinckard and Son for any future garage door work.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a typical garage door repair take?

Many repairs can be completed in one visit, often within one to two hours.

What can Pinckard & Son consider when helping select a new door?

The company can take style preference, budget and wind-load codes into account when identifying a suitable door.

Can a garage door opener work during a power outage?

Most standard openers will not operate during an outage. A manual release cord allows the door to be opened by hand, and some newer openers offer temporary battery backup.
